The door which you can see on the video are laminated with RENOLIT EXOFOL FX just as our Excelsior roller garage door. It sets new standards both for colour fastness as well as in its protective properties.
Structure
RENOLIT EXOFOL FX which is now in range of our special colours is a multi-layer film with a total thickness of 180 μm. The uppermost layer consists of polyvinylidenfluoride film (PVDF), the second is a transparent polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and the base layer a solid colour or printed PMMA.
The base layer contains Solar Shield Technology (SST), to further decrease heat build-up of the film and the laminated components.
Features
Our Excelsior product when laminated with this Anti Graffiti film is extremely weather and ultraviolet resistant. This high-performance material will retain its colour in all climates throughout its service life. In addition the film's surface is inherently dirt-repellent and therefore easy to clean. Even graffiti can easily be removed. Such high performance opens up new opportunities in construction, for example in high building facade design.
Safety
NOW Excelsior roller garage door product range brings new possibilities for the use of colour and design in building construction with an extensive range of solid colours and wood grain effects.
It also incorporates the unique Solar Shield Technology, which protects components from strong solar irradiation. Therefore, the RENOLIT WARRANTY offers up to 22.5 years of safety for this product - 15 years as warranty for the film and another 7.5 years via its proprietary renovation service.
